Summer music festival fun!


Teams depict a group of friends attending a music festival in the summer. The game app directs teams to GPS-located “stages” positioned across their meeting location's grounds. The Global Festival grounds have seven distinct music stages, each devoted to a distinct musical genre. Upon arriving at each location, the app activates a series of tasks, requiring users to answer puzzles, make images and films of “festival experiences,” and do research on the festival's supporting website. Ultimately, the team with the most points wins.

Outcomes of Learning

The Global Festival Game inspires reminiscences and discussion among teams who are forming ties. The game's levels enable players to assess and improve their problem-solving abilities and procedures. By gaining knowledge about the music business and gaining points for their team, they see a return on their growth as a result of their ability to successfully acquire and present information. Time and budget constraints put team dynamics to the test, requiring them to be inventive and seek for opportunities. Each zone permits the assignment of responsibilities to certain team members, allowing them to play to their strengths for the team's general advantage.
