Teams use creativity and ingenuity to complete mental, physical and creative challenges.

About

Quickfire is a team-building application. Each side begins the match with a tablet and equipment box. Their objective is to accomplish as many tasks as possible within a set time limit in order to maximize their points, outscore the competition, and win the game. The cerebral, artistic, and physical challenges come in a range of formats and difficulty levels, including picture, video, single-answer, multiple-choice, and logic puzzles. Each of the hundreds of accessible challenges has a fee to try it and a prize for its successful completion. Certain obstacles will need the involvement of every member of the group, hence increasing the requirement for decisive leadership, strategy, and good communication.

Since time is running out, the action quickens gradually! In the last minutes of the event, this reaches a fever pitch, generating an unparalleled environment of joy, laughing, and urgency. The victorious team is awarded the title of winner.

Outcomes of Learning

Successful teams in Quickfire collaborate well to balance risk and return. Time is running out, therefore individuals must communicate to their teammates which tasks they can comfortably perform. As obstacles are overcome effectively and people develop an appreciation for one another's unique qualities, trust grows. Group difficulties need new thinking from teams. They must use good communication skills to arrive at a collectively agreed-upon approach, after which they must execute swiftly and uninhibitedly.

Quickfire is filled with laughter! It gives teams a sense of excitement and cohesion! Individuals have developed an appreciation for their own abilities and the different skills of their teammates.

We run this team-building game at Opearl Events in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Myanmar. Send us a message at info@opearlevents.com if you'd like a proposal and quote for this. Thank you a bunch!
