Play as an orchestra in under 1 hour!

In less than an hour, teams learn to perform as a string orchestra in Crescendo. Participants begin the event by listening to a performance by the teachers. Then, they are informed that they would soon be playing together as one! As teachers give each student a violin or viola, disbelief quickly transforms into interest. Participants are led through hands-on training on the fundamentals of playing. They are then taught a role in the final piece. Then, with the aid of a custom background track, the two portions combine to create lovely music.
Outcomes of Learning
Crescendo utilizes music to unite teams and accomplish the apparently unattainable. Individually, most people could not learn to play an instrument in less than an hour, but with the correct leadership and everyone focused on the same objective, it is achievable. The release of dopamine is stimulated by music, resulting in emotions of happiness and positive thinking. A remarkable team-building activity with lasting influence.
