About

IMPACT is an app-based team development exercise that may be performed by face-to-face teams, remote teams, and hybrid teams working in many locations. Focusing on giving, Impact genuinely makes its imprint on the world as it directly influences the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations (SDGs). It is a very engaging team-building exercise meant to help participants comprehend the blueprint for a brighter future. Participants are educated on the SDGs before receiving a tablet to begin making real-world effects. As teams accomplish a number of SDG-related tasks, they progress through stages (No Poverty, Zero Hunger, Climate Action, etc.). Throughout the activity, kids gain knowledge about DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) as a team and as a member of the organization. The exercise is the greatest way to learn about ESG and DEI. There are mental, physical, and active challenges, as well as many difficulty levels. The application leads teams through the tasks as they submit their efforts to earn points and climb the leaderboard, all while learning about the SDGs and fostering a more sustainable future for everyone.

Outcomes of Learning

Outcomes of Corporate Social Responsibility

In this exercise, your team will have the opportunity to make an influence using B1G1. B1G1 has three SDG Bundles: Active Economy, Beautiful Society, and Clean Earth, which combined include all seventeen SDGs.
