About
IMPACT Online is a very engaging remote team-building program that focuses on the seventeen Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It is intended to help individuals comprehend the plan for achieving a better and more sustainable future for everybody. Participants join the game using a conferencing application and download the game on their mobile devices. The custom-built application takes teams through a number of entertaining exercises, each of which is individually tied to one of the SDGs. Teams go through a series of challenges relating to all 17 SDGs, including “No Poverty,” “Zero Hunger,” “Good Health and Well-Being,” “Gender Equality,” “Climate Action,” and twelve more. Throughout the activity, kids gain knowledge about DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) as a team and as a member of the organization. The exercise is the greatest way to learn about ESG and DEI. There are several knowledge-based quizzes, riddles, and picture challenges. While learning about and engaging with each of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, team members complete the different activities and submit their efforts to earn points and climb the scoreboard.
Outcomes of Learning
Successful teams learn to collaborate successfully in a short period of time by jointly comprehending the game and adopting a flexible team plan. All team members are required to finish the game, since they each have unique duties and must communicate knowledge in order to advance. Teams who possess great listening abilities and boldly express their thoughts via clear, succinct communication will ascend the leaderboard. Individuals will develop an appreciation for their own talents and the diverse skill sets of their teammates while learning how to contribute to a bigger influence for a more sustainable future.
Outcomes of Corporate Social Responsibility
In this exercise, your team will have the opportunity to make an influence using B1G1. B1G1's three SDG Bundles – Active Economy, Beautiful Society, and Clean Earth – encompass all seventeen SDGs.
